Job Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Lead at Wolfer’s, you will work directly with customers and internal staff members to support daily operations. You will exercise your critical thinking and technical skills and use your decision-making power to execute the best solution for the team and for the customer.

Duties:

• Load, unload, and stage products and materials.
• Ordering, Shipping & Receiving stock and inventory. 
• Manage and control onsite and field inventory.
• Complete daily warehouse duties
• Utilize computer programs including Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, Inventory Software etc. 
• Thorough communication with warehouse staff, field staff, office staff and department managers. 
• Perform various functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and material
•  Work indoors and outdoors.
• Be able to handle, lift, bend, twist up to 50lbs.
• Safely and effectively operate a forklift.
• Adhere to and understand safety policies and regulations.
• Assist in securing delivery loads.

Minimum Requirements:

• You must have the ability to engage with and actively listen to team members.
• Valid Oregon or Washington Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently to complete tasks with attention to detail. 
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Additional Info:

• MUST pass background check and drug screen prior to hire.

Compensation:

$22/hr. - 26/hr.

Requirements

• Valid Oregon or Washington Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Experience with ServiceTitan preferred but not required!
