We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to lead our Flow Cytometry Lab.As the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor, you will lead a team dedicated to maintaining the integrity of our laboratory operations and upholding the highest standards of patient care. Key responsibilities include:
• Supervise the daily operations of the Flow Cytometry Lab, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal performance.• Implement best practices and protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing procedures.• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Clinical Laboratory Scientists and Hospital Lab Technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.• Manage vendor relationships and laboratory contracts to support operational efficiency. • Collaborate closely with Pathologists on patient cases to ensure high-quality diagnostic outcomes.
Salary Range: $112,900.00 - $250,600.00/year
Job Qualifications

• Current, valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license and bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of licensed CLS working experience in Flow Cytometry.
• Prior experience in leading and directing a team is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to driving positive change and achieving organizational goals.
• Must pass the Ishihara Color Vision exam, i.e. visual acuity including color differentiation.
