The Opportunity 

As the Product Manager for APIs and Integrations, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to influence how we integrate technology partners with Flock Safety’s products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Partnerships, Pre-sales, Technical project management, Design, Legal, and Security to develop and execute comprehensive product integrations with technology partners. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our product offerings by seamlessly integrating with third-party systems and building robust APIs to facilitate interoperability. 

The Skillset 

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

• Strong experience in a fast-paced tech company, preferably in a SaaS environment with a technical background.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Strong technical acumen and ability to work closely with software and hardware engineering teams.

• Demonstrated experience in working with APIs, integrations, or platform products, with a strong understanding of API design principles.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to make informed decisions and measure the success of integration initiatives.

• Bonus: software development experience preferred
