JOB DESCRIPTION

Protiviti Inc. seeks Manager, TC-Security and Privacy in Dallas, TX

           

Job Duties: Design, build, test, and document implementations involving Okta, including SSO, MFA, Okta Access Gateway, API Access Manager, and application configuration and support. Develop and maintain strong IAM product and service vendor relationships. Participate in architectural reviews and architectural development as an Okta subject matter expert. Collaborate with subject matter experts across client IT departments to lead or participate in Okta IAM or security efforts. Provide second-level assistance, critical thinking, and oversight to resolve complex issues during implementation and post-implementation for client needs. Define standards, specifications, governance, guidelines, and recommendations regarding the secure deployment and implementation of Okta services for the client. Own and complete requirements and architectural design documents. Create Solution design documents and diagrams around Multiple products and complex projects. Partial telecommuting is permitted. Up to 25% U.S. domestic travel to client sites may be required, as needed.

Minimum Requirements: Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or Four (4) years of experience in the field of Identity and Access Management 

Special Skill Requirements: 

1. Plan multi-protocol integration architectures that incorporate Okta with various technologies using experience with various protocols (SAML, OAuth/OIDC, KERBEROS, and SCIM).

2. Experience with Tenant and Universal Directory design, Federation, SSO, Authentication models such as delegated auth, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Sign policies, Access Control, Okta Access Gateway (OAG), OAuth integration with APIs, provisioning by adapter, SCIM, Life Cycle Management, and workflow. (4 years)

3. Assess, design, implement, and enhance cyber security technologies using SAML2, WS_FED, OAUTH2, OIDC, REST, MFA, Federation, Delegation, Security Policies and all related technologies and concepts. (4 years)

4. Experience with one of the following: Ping Identity, Okta or ForgeRock. (4 years)

5. Experience with evaluating and designing people processes and procedures to reduce cyber security risks. (3 years)

6. Experience building customized solutions to clients on Workforce products and CIAM products using Angular, Cypress, Jenkins, Spring, Java, Html, CSS, JavaScript, pipelines and applying the best practices related to software development.

Partial telecommuting is permitted. Up to 25% U.S. domestic travel to client sites may be required, as needed. This position is eligible for our company’s Employee Referral Program.

Base Salary: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
