Full-Time | Primarily Outpatient | Hematology & Oncology

Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) — Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) — to join our expanding Cancer Institute team. This full-time opportunity is primarily outpatient-based, with occasional inpatient responsibilities, and offers the chance to be part of one of the most respected healthcare systems in the world.

Position Highlights:

• Deliver expert care to patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions in an outpatient setting.

• Clinical duties include:

  • New hematology consults

  • Ongoing follow-up visits for hematology and oncology patients

  • Oversight and management of patients in the Infusion Suite

  • Occasional inpatient coverage as needed

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Participate in rotating weekend coverage and after-hours phone call responsibilities.

Work Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Periodic weekend and after-hours call coverage

Preferred Qualifications:

• Licensed APRN or PA in the state of Florida (or eligible for licensure).

• Prior experience in outpatient hematology/oncology and infusion therapy strongly preferred.

• AOCNP® (Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner) or OCN® (Oncology Certified Nurse) preferred.

• New graduates with oncology experience will be considered.

• Advanced Oncology Certification must be obtained within 2 years of hire or once certification eligibility is met.
