About the role
Client Solution Architects is seeking a FlankSpeed Support Specialist to provide our Navy client with information technology customer service, and project management support as a member of the Naval Education Training Command (NETC) Portfolio Management Team in Pensacola, FL.
Applicants may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; an active United States Department of Defense security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
As a federal contractor, CSA will abide by the client’s infectious disease protocols.

How Your Role Will Make an Impact:
- Provide IT Service management support to include Microsoft 365 (FlankSpeed) support, mobile service management support, asset management validation, and transition management oversight (i.e., FlankSpeed Account Management).
- Applies technical and project management expertise to identify tasking, manage project execution, recognize, report and remediate issues representing schedule risk.
- Provide Customer Service Support to FlankSpeed customers to include account access support, troubleshooting, Issue tracking and resolution.
- Provide suggestions to improve project execution and complete project deliverables on behalf of the NETC Portfolio Management staff.
What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance. Be able to pass a security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- High School Diploma.
- 3 years of General IT Experience: IT Customer Service Support, Electronic Documentation.
- Certification: Navy Cyber Work Force (CSWF) baseline certification to include CompTIA Security+ may be required at the task order level. IA Contractor Training and Certification and Computing Environment (CE) certification may be required at the task order level.
- Functional expertise with Microsoft Office suite of products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
- Experience with Customer Service Support (interaction with customers).
What Sets You Apart:
- BA or BS degree from an accredited institution in related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, etc.) Management Institute (PMI), Agile Scrum, ITIL or other industry recognized certifications.
- ETMS2 and or (DITPR)/ DON, and DON Application and Database Management System (DADMS).
- IT support experience in Navy or DoD network systems, especially the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) and/or FlankSpeed.
- Experience supporting Navy system sustainment, and/or integration.
- Experience in Microsoft Power Suite (Power Apps, Power BI).
- Basic understanding of Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2).
- General Knowledge of DoDAF standards and assessments of enterprise information security architecture, processes, procedures, activities, and operations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including drafting, reviewing, and editing technical graphs, briefs, or documents.
- Evidence of being detail oriented and has strong critical thinking in areas of IT process analysis / process improvement.
- Possesses Good Team Skills having the ability to coordinate and work well with others.
