ITP Senior Process Associate with German

Smith+Nephew is hiring an Invoice to Pay Specialist (German speaking).

Join our ITP Team as an Invoice to Pay Specialist and help drive efficient, timely, and accurate payment operations. You’ll manage vendor queries, ensure compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, all while building strong relationships across our organization. This is a great opportunity to grow your finance career in an international environment.

What you will be doing?

• Resolve vendor and internal customer queries accurately and on time.
• Manage vendor accounts and support prompt, compliant payment processing.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and analysis.
• Assist in month-end closing tasks in line with internal deadlines.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting, tax, and legal requirements.

What will you need to be successful?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or related field will be beneficial.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting; AP experience is a plus.
• Communicative knowledge of German and fluent English (written and spoken).
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong data entry skills.
• Experience with SAP and Ariba is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
