As an M&A Business Transformation Manager, you’ll lead post-deal transformation initiatives that drive value realization and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone with deep BPO knowledge and a passion for executing change across people, processes, and technology.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead business transformation programs following deal closure.
  • Translate integration strategies into actionable execution roadmaps.
  • Manage key transformation workstreams across operations, technology, and HR.
  • Monitor post-close performance metrics and synergy realization.
  • Implement best practices and process improvements across functions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to align priorities.
  • Drive cultural integration and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates on transformation progress and milestones.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6+ years in transformation, post-merger integration, or M&A consulting.
  • Strong understanding of BPO service delivery models and operational structures.
  • Proven ability to lead change in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with transformation tools, KPI dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in post-deal transformation and value creation.
