A day in the life.
As our Client Service Coordinator on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you’ll assist in the overall servicing of assigned accounts, handling day-to-day workflow of the servicing process, completing administrative tasks, and effectively communicating with Consultants/Producers, Client Management teams and clients through marketing, prospecting and servicing new and renewal business.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- Aptitude to learn technical knowledge of benefits insurance coverage
- Ability to work in the team environment – work well and efficiently with multiple people and different personalities while juggling multiple deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and eagerness to ask questions
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Prior insurance experience
- Knowledge with Benefit Point, Image right, and/or Applied/EPIC AMS
- Active Life and Health license (required within 90 days of hire if not already licensed)
