(Senior) Webshop Manager (all genders)

Your role

As a (Senior) Webshop Manager at Sunday Natural, you will play a key role in optimizing our e-commerce operations by managing content, refining workflows in PIMcore and Magento, and ensuring a seamless user experience. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and contribute to our international growth.

• You will be responsible for managing and refining content on our webshop
• You will oversee and optimize PIMcore and Magento workflows – ensuring smooth data synchronization and content updates
• You will develop and streamline processes and routines to ensure efficiency and consistency
• You will collaborate with Localization, Content, IT and Marketing teams to enhance platform usability and optimize internal workflows
• You will be part of our international expansion effort by launching new webshops
• You will lead a team of four remote team members, ensuring clear communication, efficient workflows, and a productive, collaborative work environment

Your profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience – for a more senior profile, a minimum of 4 years – in e-commerce, webshop management, or a related field
• A proven track record in leading e-commerce operations, optimizing workflows, and managing cross-functional collaborations
• You possess a strong background in e-commerce, particularly in managing product information, catalogues, master data, and data synchronisation through PIM systems
• You are proficient in working with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Magento and WordPress, as well as Jira and Excel
• Your attention to detail ensures consistent output, even when working under tight deadlines
• You have a basic understanding of HTML/ CSS and are fluent in English – German is a plus!
