This is a high-impact role focused on architectural rigor, platform evolution, and AI-enabled engineering leverage.</p> <p>You will lead a senior-heavy team (~10 engineers) responsible for a multi-tenant SaaS platform Spycloud's customers. Your mandate is not to scale headcount,&nbsp; it is to scale output, innovation, and system durability through strong architecture and applied AI.</p> <p>This role reports to the VP of Engineering and operates as a key technical partner with cross-team influence.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Platform Architecture at SaaS Scale</li> <ul> <li>Own the architectural direction of a multi-tenant Console platform built on Go, React, and AWS, with Domain-Driven Design.</li> <li>Elevate system design rigor across APIs, tenant isolation, RBAC, observability, and deployment safety.</li> <li>Establish durable platform boundaries and reduce feature-factory behavior.</li> <li>Lead design reviews and technical arbitration across teams.</li> </ul> <li>AI-Native Product Capabilities</li> <ul> <li>Embed applied AI into the Console ( intelligent workflows, LLM-powered summarization, ML-powered insights).</li> <li>Architect production-grade AI integrations with attention to guardrails, evaluation, cost, and latency.</li> <li>Ensure AI features are secure, observable, and reliable in a multi-tenant environment.</li> </ul> <li>AI-Enabled Engineering Leverage</li> <ul> <li>Introduce AI agents and automation into the engineering lifecycle.</li> <li>Design and build AI workforce model to increase output without linear headcount growth.</li> <li>Incubate and lead a focused applied AI capability within the team.</li> <li>Set standards for responsible AI usage in development and product.</li> </ul> <li>Product–Engineering Alignment</li> <ul> <li>Partner deeply with Product to align roadmap, architecture, and long-term platform strategy.</li> <li>Translate business outcomes into scalable system capabilities.</li> <li>Improve execution clarity, ownership,
