We are currently searching for an exceptional Quality Assurance Receiving Inspector I to join our team in Corona, CA. The Quality Assurance Receiving Inspector I will provide complete guitar inspection which also includes, but is not limited to, performing some troubleshooting, the generation of quality alerts, and checking for possible mechanical or cosmetic defects. Will also make minor repairs and fine tune guitars according to company specifications.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with procedures and safety regulations
  • Ensure quality standards are met
  • Conduct critical non-routine visual, dimensional, mechanical, and functional inspections following general inspection guidelines
  • Keep records and documentation of inspections
  • Assist Quality Assurance during internal audits
  • Inspect incoming materials, confirming they meet drawings and specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and documenting rejections of unacceptable items
  • Inspect in-process production, ensuring it aligns with applicable drawings and specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and documenting any required corrections
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year experience with quality control
  • 1 year experience with measuring instruments

Subject to the foregoing, the current pay rate for this position is $18.00 per hour.
