THE JOB:
As a Parking Ambassador at Bellagio, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By anticipating guestĀ Ā need and modeling fast and efficient service you will set the tone for an unrivaled resort experience.
THE STARTING RATE: $14.65 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Warmly welcome all arriving guests at the parking entrance, delivering courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic valet services.
Navigate a fast-paced environment by following established procedures and exercising sound judgment to manage traffic flow and prevent congestion.
Act as a property ambassador by being well-versed in hotel amenities and offerings, as well as knowledgeable about local attractions, events, and activities to accurately assist guest inquiries.
Address and resolve guest concerns within assigned authority, escalating to a supervisor when necessary.
Promptly report any suspected thefts or missing items to supervisory staff and hotel security for proper investigation.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
6+ Months of Prior Relevant guest service experience.
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Previous experience working in a resort setting.
