We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic HR team! In this full-time role, you will be a key player in fostering a positive work environment and supporting our exceptional staff. Your contributions will help shape our workplace culture and support our mission of delivering top-notch healthcare.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing the recruitment process from job postings to candidate screening and onboarding.
• Administering employee benefits and responding to related inquiries.
• Providing guidance to staff on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Facilitating training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
• Supporting performance management processes and employee engagement activities.
• Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient in payroll software, payroll regulations and practices.
• A passion for people and a desire to contribute to a positive workplace culture.
