With a proven track record in supply chain, you will lead impactful projects, drive operational improvements, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across our global organization.</p><p></p><p>You will work closely with Philips’ Businesses, Functions and Markets, contribute as a subject matter expert, and leverage your network to identify opportunities and deliver high-value outcomes. This role provides broad exposure to diverse projects and the chance to further develop your expertise and leadership.</p><p></p><p><b>Your Role</b></p><ul><li>Build, maintain, and expand a strong stakeholder network across multiple levels, ensuring our team is recognized as a trusted partner.</li><li>Identify, develop, and convert new project opportunities, collaborating with colleagues from other expertise areas when needed.</li><li>Lead and contribute to project and program delivery, securing tangible business impact and sustainable results.</li><li>Support process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing innovation effectiveness and organizational performance.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>You're the right fit if you have</b></p><ul><li>Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering and Management, or Business Administration.</li><li>15+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics projects and programs within a multinational environment, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, opportunities, and shape project-based solutions.</li><li>Strong expertise in multiple domains of the E2E integrated supply chain, such as supply chain planning, <span>sourcing/procurement,</span> physical distribution, customer project management and service.</li><li>Strong supply chain expertise for service and solution models.</li><li>Ability to generate financial impact in commercial supply chains based on go-to-market strategies.</li><li>Significant experience working on projects with Patient Safety &amp; Quality and Regulatory requirements and deliverables.</li><li>Excellent consulting, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, build trust, and establish long-term stakeholder relationships.</li><li>Senior leadership experience in project/program management roles as well as line management roles.</li><li>Proven track record in business development and consultative selling, turning new stakeholders into trusted partners and generating measurable results.</li><li>Existing relationships within Philips Businesses, Markets, and Functions that expand and complement our current network.</li><li>A self-starter mindset with a strong team-player attitude and clear professional compass.</li><li>Fluency in English; Dutch proficiency is preferred.</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 25%.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>In addition, you are</b></p><ul><li>A self-starter who connects easily and builds trust.</li><li>A team player who motivates others and takes initiative.</li><li>Fluent in English, Dutch proficiency preferred.</li><li>Willing to work in a hybrid model with a minimum of 3d/week at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven as home base.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>How we work together</b><br/><span>We believe that we are better together than apart.
