Job Description

• Internship Program Overview  

  At ServiceNow, we’re looking for students who want to learn, grow, and take a giant step early in their careers, all while making a giant impact. We offer 12-week summer internship opportunities across various business functions.   

  Interns will participate in executive speaker series, career development workshops, philanthropic efforts, and team-building activities. Additionally, interns will have access to online learnings and a dedicated Summer Coach to further grow their careers with us.

• In this role, you will:
  • Support Now on Now team members with Customer Engagement management activities
  • Prepare and communicate periodic reports on Now on Now Customer Engagements
  • Assist in the promotion and adoption of Now on Now services across the company
  • Provide analytical insights by reviewing system generated dashboards and other reporting vehicles

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in an accredited university as a full-time student, pursuing a Masters degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or another related field, with a graduation date of December 2024 or after

• High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities  

• Proficient with Excel to include Pivot table, SQL queries and formulas 

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 

• Experience in Project Management

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously 

• Ability to and willingness to work cross functionally with other internal teams 

• Preferred: Demonstrated relevant experience from previous internship and/or academic or personal projects 

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $47.82/hour, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts,
