HTS is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team at a skilled nursing facility in Terre Haute, IN. Located just 10 minutes away from downtown Terre Haute, this highly rated SNF offers short-term rehab, outpatient therapy, long-term care, and assisted/independent living. The well-appointed therapy department offers modalities and features a Hydroworx therapy pool.

· Full-time position, typically 35 to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
