Job Description

The Director will be responsible for executing a global inclusion program and partnerships strategy that is aligned with Visa's global inclusion strategy and business goals. This role involves leading the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative inclusion programs aimed at enhancing the employee experience and reinforcing Visa's reputation as an employer of choice. Additionally, the Director will establish and maintain strategic partnerships with external organizations, educational institutions, and industry groups to support and advance inclusion efforts. Acting as the primary liaison for global inclusion programs and partnerships, the Director will represent Visa at conferences, events, and forums, advocating for and promoting our inclusion strategy.

This role will have the opportunity to collaborate with our regional leaders across the globe, key functions within the people team, high priority business functions and other stakeholders to drive initiatives that improve employee engagement and support the Visa’s overall mission and values. The Director, Global Inclusion Programs and Partnerships will report to the Sr. Director, Global Inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an inclusion program and partnership strategy that aligns with the company's global objectives.
  • Collaborate with various global stakeholders to advance inclusive workplace practices and initiatives.
  • Conduct assessments to identify gaps and opportunities in inclusion efforts, ensuring strong business outcomes.
  • Lead and manage a small team that executes programs and events focused on inclusion and engagement, both internally and externally.
  • Stay informed on best practices, trends, and innovations in inclusion.
  • Manage budgets while creatively optimizing resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of inclusion programs and initiatives.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
  • 10+ years of relevant experience including project management within – consulting practices, People (Human Resources) functions, and social impact/philanthropy sector.
  • Track record of effectively managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong interest and willingness to drive change
  • Ability to be a strong collaborative team member
  • Exceptional organizational skills with high degree of atte
