We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Pharmacovigilance - Operations & Global Process Enablement team for a 10-12 week paid internship. About the Role

As a Pharmacovigilance - Operations & Global Process Enablement Intern, you will collaborate with cross-functional global teams to enhance and maintain essential pharmacovigilance (PV) operational policies, processes, and standards at a global level. You will play a key role in process improvements, particularly in document creation and training initiatives that leverage artificial intelligence and advanced technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of global PV processes, policies, and standards.

  • Collaborate with teams to develop innovative process improvements for documentation and training, utilizing AI tools and methodologies.

  • Help ensure adherence to international pharmacovigilance regulations, quality standards, and best practices.

  • Participate in meetings with global colleagues and contribute to projects that impact the safety of healthcare products worldwide.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a current undergraduate or graduate students in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Public Health, or related fields.

  • Must have a strong interest in pharmacovigilance, technology, and process improvement.

  • Must have excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Must have the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with artificial intelligence.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:

$39,600.00-$105,500.00
