Elastic is looking for GSI Alliance Manager to manage a portfolio of 2 Global System Integrators (GSIs), including Accenture.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with GSIs to drive revenue growth for our organization. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing partnership agreements with your portfolio of partners to create new business opportunities and maximize revenue growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement a GSI partnership strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives of Elastic
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements with GSIs that will create new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at GSIs to ensure successful partnership execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and sales to ensure the success of the partnerships
- Drive revenue growth through successful execution of GSI partnerships and new business opportunities
- Monitor and report on the performance of GSI partnerships, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments related to GSIs
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or alliance management, with a focus on GSIs
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful partnership strategies with GSIs, resulting in revenue growth and new business opportunities
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at GSIs
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the software industry and related products and services, including Cloud
- Experience of working with Accenture is preferred but not required.

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary plus commission. On-Target Earnings (OTE) are based on a 70/30 pay mix (base salary / target variable).
The typical starting OTE range for new hires in this role is listed below. This range represents the lowest to highest OTE we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
An employee's position within the OTE range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

Therefore, in addition to cash compensation, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program.
