About the role

PREREQUISITE: KOREAN SPEAKING

Position: Fan Space Associate

Location: hello82 ATLANTA Fan Space

Work Hours:

This position begins at Part Time with potential for Full Time after trial period.

Between 10:30AM - 7:30PM ET*

*WEEKENDS REQUIRED

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with Fan Space Location Manager to translate pertinent information and assist in making informed and sensitive decisions regarding events and Brand standards
• Assist in translation for local events including but not limited to fan signs, album releases, and other large scale fan events.
• Work with Fan Space team to create a welcoming and exciting environment for fans in our ATLANTA Fan Space
• Handle Money and Sales using Shopify POS
• Communicate efficiently with both fellow Teammates and Customers
• Uphold Performance Standards in any Scale of Crowd
• Assist in Fan Space tasks including, but not limited to customer service, minor maintenance, floor coverage, inventory tracking, and sales tracking.
• Assist in Creative Tasks

Qualifications

• Advanced speaker of Korean and English Languages
• Knowledge of Film and/or Television Production Practices
• Time Management skills
• High school diploma or higher
• Experience working with Excel and/or Google Suites
• A genuine interest in Kpop music and content
• 1-2 Years of Experience in Retail
• Ability to lift 20lbs
• Excellent communicator and quick, creative thinker with the ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
• Ability to respectfully and efficiently work with a team of 10+ to create a welcoming and exciting environment for K-pop
