Come join one of the Philadelphia Inquirer's Best Places to Work 2024!  Arbill Industries, a mid-size PPE Distributor located in NE Philadelphia, is seeking a Warehouse Associate.

The Warehouse Associate shares a collective team goal of providing an exceptional customer experience. Exceptional customer experience is achieved by delivering customer orders in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. Assigned tasks are completed with a Can Do and Respectful attitude. The Warehouse Associate properly handles inventory and operates machinery in a safe manner and abides by all PPE requirements.  

Duties include:

Receiving- ability to accurately identify, count, match, label deliveries vs system purchase order, reports discrepancies to   supervisor, uses computer systems to records transactions.

Put away- ability to accurately move received product to pick bins, replenish inventory to pick bins, uses computer systems to records transactions. 

Order Selection- ability to accurately identify, count, match, label system pick request vs customer order. Ability to recognize proper unit of measures and unit/qty conversions, uses computer systems to records transactions. 

QC/Checking- ability to accurately identify, count, match, completed picks vs customer orders. Maintains proper documentation and order of completed orders.  

Inventory Management- ability to identify, count, and verify on hand inventory.  

Requirements

High School diploma or GED/equivalent required

At least 3 years’ experience working in warehouse environment

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 

Ability to work accurately, with interruptions, to meet deadlines

Good organizational, time management, customer services, and problem-solving skills

Ability to lift 50 lbs.
