 Part-Time Work Schedule: Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday 
Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse Home Care Clinical Director provides overall direction and clinical management for home care services, compliant with all regulatory state and/or federal requirements. In addition, the Home Care Clinical Director also supports the agency business plan.

Additional responsibilities:

• Takes / Reviews / Converts home care referrals and works with office staff to ensure that cases are appropriately authorized for services.
• Conducts / Supervises client care including assessment, recertification, care plan development, coordination of services, discharge planning and periodic evaluation of client care.
• Supports office staff with recruitment, new hire processing, and scheduling issues.
• Takes, documents, and supports the resolution of complaints.
• Oversees Home Health Aide requirements for in-service and competency.
• Conducts quarterly clinical reviews and PAG meetings as required by state regulations.
• Conducts home visits.
• Works with office staff to facilitate a recruitment program for staff for growth and adequate coverage of existing cases.
• Supports and exemplifies AWESome company initiatives.

 Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with a demonstrated commitment to service excellence that can ensure our patients receive the highest quality of care. If you are passionate about quality care, have strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills, this is the position for you!

Specific requirements:

• Current unencumbered RN License in New York
• 3 years of current nursing experience as an RN
• 1+ years of experience in home health care
• Management experience within the last 3 years that included hiring and firing
• Knowledge of home health care regulations
• Knowledge of insurance and reimbursement criteria for home care services
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred

Pay range: $40 - $45/hour
