• Position: Medical Claims Reimbursement Specialist
• Location: Richardson, Texas
• Schedule: Full Time
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

THE POSITION:

Our company is a long-established pediatric medical supplies provider and recognized leader in the industry with multiple locations throughout Texas. The successful candidate will be self motivated and have experience in EOB, determining underpayments, filling reconsiderations and appeals with various governments and commercial payers, ailing with claim-related duties.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to interpret an Explanation of Benefits and basic denial codes
• Ability to correctly identify the cause of the denia and respond accordingly
• Basic knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, MCO, and commercial insurance claims filing requirements
• Organizational and computer skills are necessary
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites (preferred)
• Possess analytical skills, focus and attention to detail
• Comfortable with performance metrics and meeting team goals as well as individual ones
• Experience with Brightree software, DME, or pediatrics (preferred)
