This role is accountable for driving operational excellence, ensuring projects meet or exceed performance targets for <strong>safety</strong>, <strong>quality</strong>, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction.</p> <p>The Senior Superintendent serves as the primary field liaison between project teams and company leadership, setting standards for field execution, mentoring superintendents, and proactively resolving high‑impact issues.
