Job Description
The Dairy Technology Marketing Associate Director will establish the strategy for animal health and technology solutions offered by our company's Animal Health to dairy customers. This position will collaborate with key internal and stakeholders for PR, communications, digital and print marketing resource development. The position will partner with global marketing and R&D on Life Cycle Management. This role will also support efforts providing materials for field teams. This person will be a subject matter expert during customer interactions and meet with key customers and dairy community partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
Products include: SenseHub Dairy, Sensehub Dairy Youngstock, Heatime Pro+, Dataflow II+, milking points, sorting gates, full dairy ecosystem. Act as subject matter expert for the organization for these brands.
Ensure strong execution of marketing tactics through relevant channels such as field sales, distribution network, infrastructure solutions, and customer service.
Oversee Lifecycle Management projects including new product introductions as well as portfolio rationalization activities, collaborating with global R&D, manufacturing and operations as needed. Launch new software and hardware annually in the US market as guided via the global dairy development roadmap.
Set and modify pricing, grids, special contracts, pricing bundles and inputs for quoting and order entry.
P&L oversight, Budget management, Agency management.
Partner with manufacturing, sales, customer service and global teams to ensure accurate forecasting and product availability.
Partner with dairy marketing team members to create comprehensive solutions which span both biopharma and technology products.
Collaborate across species teams to facilitate tech enablement and launch.
Address identified issues/risks to facilitate implement solutions through work across stakeholder groups as appropriate.
Develop actionable customer insights which drive to creation of solutions.
Create comprehensive digital customer journeys to gain leads, nurture and convert into onboarded customers.
Marketing liaison to sales and customer service team.
Support training of sales new hires.
Travel up to 30% of the time, as needed to visit customers, other Our company's Animal Health's sites, and events.
Coordination and collaboration with other team members across the organization, including coordination of special projects within the division/area.
Proactively identifies issues/risks and works quickly to implement solutions.

Local and Global Management within our company's Animal Health, as well as, Channel Team, Livestock Team.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communications, or another related field
5+ years’ marketing, advertising, or sales or relevant experience
Strong attention to detail
Exceptional verbal and written communication skill
Experience in Animal Health
