We’re Hiring in Indiana!
We are urgently seeking a Lead DC Power Technician to support our growing customer base in the Indianapolis market. This role is ideal for a skilled technician with experience in DC power systems who is ready to take the lead on installations, maintenance, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site evaluations to assess customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Install and maintain DC power systems across various makes and models.
- Troubleshoot battery systems and chargers to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop expertise across multiple product lines.
- Deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
- Travel locally as needed to support customer sites.
Ideal Candidate Will Have
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license with ability to obtain a CDL.
- Minimum 1 year of DC Power Plant experience.
- Familiarity with battery testing equipment and safety procedures.
- Basic mechanical skills (required).
- Ability to lift 70+ pounds.
- Strong customer service and solutions focus.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand basic layout drawings and schematics (a plus).
