We’re Hiring in Indiana!

We are urgently seeking a Lead DC Power Technician to support our growing customer base in the Indianapolis market. This role is ideal for a skilled technician with experience in DC power systems who is ready to take the lead on installations, maintenance, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site evaluations to assess customer needs and recommend solutions.
  • Install and maintain DC power systems across various makes and models.
  • Troubleshoot battery systems and chargers to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop expertise across multiple product lines.
  • Deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Travel locally as needed to support customer sites.

Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to obtain a CDL.
  • Minimum 1 year of DC Power Plant experience.
  • Familiarity with battery testing equipment and safety procedures.
  • Basic mechanical skills (required).
  • Ability to lift 70+ pounds.
  • Strong customer service and solutions focus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and understand basic layout drawings and schematics (a plus).
