Team Assistant Trainee (Automotive Front Camera Department)

Our Team is seeking a Team Assistant Trainee for the Front Camera department who will coordinate  ad hoc task & team activities.

YOUR CHALLENGES?

Office management / office operations

• supply of office supplies

• arranging and organizing visits (booking accommodation, rooms, catering)

• distribution of incoming mail and parcels

Administration and team support

• organizing business travel for staff (vehicles, flights, hotel bookings, visa support), responsibility for cost

• management and administration of attendance

• managing internal documentation, issuing directives, regulations and other documents

• securing documents for patents

Purchasing / non-project

• management of contracts and other documents, including archiving

• purchase orders

• order execution, solving problems with deliveries, invoices, etc.

• regular reporting

Fleet management

•  registration and administrative management of the vehicle fleet (reservation etc.) - reservations & direct contact with EEs

Team well-being

• Co-organization of the events

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU...

• Czech/Slovak (Fluent level), English (intermediate level)

• Active student or recent University Graduate 

• Available to work  part-time (20 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week) 

• Interested in at least 1 year cooperation

• Able to commute to the office 4-5 days a week 

• Flexible, proactive, assertive communication. 

• Experience with Google Workspace is advantage
