We are looking for an Information Technology Analyst with strong technical background, passion for continuous improvement, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our Engineering Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of organization’s Identity Access Management, Office 365, EXOL, MDM/Intune, AAD and other leading Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities
 

  • Assist the team in providing 24 x 7 enterprise service including, but not limited to, Identity Access Management, Active Directory, Office 365/EXOL, monitoring and patching.
  • Ensure services alignment with up-to-date security standards and auditing requirements (SOX, CMMC, TISAX)
  • Work cross functionally among other departments to ensure solutions are adequately supporting the company’s growth and business needs.
  • Assist crisis management efforts during planned and unplanned outages
  • Manage the daily workload and assignments to align with priorities
  • Assist and in some cases lead the implementation of improvements including standardization, automation, and optimization of services to reduce costs and improve delivery speeds
  • Help drive the development of technology strategies to support IT objectives to support business goals
  • Help maintain technology standards, templates, and technical documentation as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field.
  • Overall 7+ years of IT experience
  • 2+ years of recent direct IT operations experience
  • Strong understanding and working experience on Identity and Access management tools such as AD, AAD, MFA, DUO, PIM, PAM, ADFS, Azure AD Connect.
  • Technical expertise in Microsoft Active Directory 2012/2016/2019 on premise and AD Services in MS Azure, including Users & Computers, Site and Services (Establishing & Managing Trusts), Group Policies, DNS, Federation Services, SSO, and NTFS permissions, conditional access policies.
  • Experience in understanding Microsoft Licensing is a plus.
  • 6+ years of hands-on managing Office 365 and other related cloud solutions
  • Solid Experience with Microsoft Exchange on-prem and O365
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft environments, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Active Directory, PowerShell, Intune/MDM, App-V and Software Packaging (MSI) a huge plus
  • Experience in providing KPIs using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
  • Core networking concepts and services such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, switching, routing, and WAN/ISP connectivity
  • Knowledge of SSL/TLS encryption, certificates, and installation
  • Knowledge and/or prior experience in Privileged Access Management Solutions such as Delinea highly desirable
  • Solutioning ITAR, EAR and other U.S Government related projects which require a U.S. Citizenship a must for this position.
  • U.S Government Cloud experience a huge plus
  • Current professional computer certification on AWS/Azure, Microsoft technologies such as MCSA, MCSE a huge plus
