We are looking for a dynamic leader in strategy and business operations with a commitment to developing and executing exceptional strategies that bring immense value and satisfaction to customers and the business.
This role reports to the Vice President of Corporate Generative AI and will place you at the forefront of innovation and GenAI development at Visa. You will be leading a cross-functional team to implement cutting-edge Generative AI products that revolutionize Visa's internal and corporate functions. You will be working in a highly Agile environment, delivering best-in-class solutions using the latest GenAI technologies, such as Autonomous Agents, Assistants, and other productivity-enhancing capabilities.

Essential Functions
- Influence and motivate a team of GenAI and Automation developers to design, deliver, and roll out high-quality GenAI products on time and as promised.
- Drive the strategy to build and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI and Automation products to improve productivity and efficiency, ensuring they are robust, secure, and equipped with all necessary guardrails.
- Be the liaison and primary point of contact for all non-project related interactions between the Corporate GenAI and Automation organization and the rest of the company.
- Be an exemplary leader and a role model for the organization's culture, vision, mission, and goals.
- Proactively drive, track, and close out internal organization initiatives from ideation to execution. Provide regular visibility to leadership on progress, action items, blockers, risks, and dependencies.
- Set, track, and measure Objectives and Key Results to showcase improvements in productivity and time savings for employees and using these KPIs to enhance the product to further improve productivity and efficiency.
- Manage the Corporate GenAI Team Workforce Plan to ensure the team has the necessary resources and skills to meet project demands.
- Develop and manage the Corporate GenAI Team Budget to ensure financial resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Lead the Corporate GenAI Team Annual Planning process to set priorities and allocate resources for the upcoming year.
- Orchestrate Town Halls, Hackathons, org branding, publishing accomplishments, training, employee surveys action planning, recognition planning, etc.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner and sounding board to help communicate, track, and oversee organizational strategy and goals.
- Create flourishing culture of excitement, fun, and cohesion by connecting the dots across the organization for improved employee wellbeing and engagement.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 7 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 4 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 13+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
- Bachelor’s or Advanced (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD) degree in business, computer science, engineering, information technology, management information systems or equivalent work experience.
- 10 or more years of work experience as an influential individual contributor driving strategy and business operations<
