Capgemini Engineering is hiring highly motivated and innovative ASIC Front-end Designers in Italy.
You will be involved in projects related to Industrial & Electronics industry, in our highly experienced ASIC design and verification team, and your activities will involve the design of complex solution targeting next gen technology.
The position offers an excellent opportunity to work with an international skilled team of digital engineers responsible for the delivery of end-to-end designs, from concept to tape-out.
All the activities and tasks will be executed either in presence or in remote working, upon needs.
Responsibilities Of This Job Include:
As an ASIC design front-end engineer, you will join our team of ASIC designers with the following main responsibilities:
• Design of complex HW starting from the concept/architecture phase
• RTL Logic Design
• IPs development and integration
• CDC
• Lint
• Work closely with the multi-disciplinary teams involved in the projects.
Your Profile:
You are our ideal candidate if you have MSEE with 2+ years and more of digital ASIC Design & Development experience, along with:
• Good knowledge of SoC based on ARM and RISC-V architectures.
• Proficiency in writing HDL code, with good knowledge of at least one of the following HDL: VHDL, Verilog, System Verilog
• Good knowledge and experience with at least one of the following CAD toolchains for front-end design: Cadence, Synopsys, Siemens
• Good knowledge of scripting language such as TCL/Python/Perl
• CDC / Lint experience
• Knowledge of the common standards and technologies for digital designs (i.e AMBA, PCIex, DDRs, SPI, Ethernet, DMA, LIN/CAN, NIC/NOC, MIPI/CSI, I2C, ARM, RISC-V).
• Knowledge of secure chip design architecture, technique and solution is considered as a plus.
• DFT (Design for Testability) experience is considered as a plus.
• Knowledge of Embedded SW and FW design & development is considered as a plus.
• Knowledge of the common design standards for complex hardware development and verification is considered as a plus.
• Knowledge of FPGA Design & Development is considered as a plus.
• Experience within the Analog and Mixed-Signal design domain will be considered as a plus.
