What you’ll do: 

As a Senior Visual Designer, you'll push the boundaries of user experience in enterprise software to a higher level. You'll translate complex features into visually stunning and intuitive interfaces, ensuring users can utilize the software with ease. But your impact goes beyond individual projects as you’ll have the unique chance to help shape the future of our design language. By championing best practices and establishing new patterns and UI enhancements, you'll influence the entire product suite, ensuring consistency and paving the way for innovative design patterns that will define new ways users interact with our software for years to come.

You're a champion of visual clarity and user-friendliness and your designs will prioritize streamlining complex information and functionalities, resulting in intuitive and effortless user experiences. This means a deep understanding of user needs and a keen eye for simplifying interactions. You're a master of aesthetics and visual hierarchy, ensuring users can find the information they need quickly and efficiently. 

Your impact goes beyond mere usability, you'll be an architect of innovation. You will push the boundaries of what's expected in enterprise software, crafting differentiated experiences that surprise and delight users. This requires a constant curiosity about emerging design trends and a willingness to experiment with fresh ideas. Ultimately, you'll transform enterprise software from a functional necessity to a user experience that's both powerful and engaging. 

 

Expectations and tasks 

• Design high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and user interfaces that are not only functional but differentiating that are also aesthetically pleasing and consistent with our brand identity 

• Partner with product managers, design leadership, and engineers to translate complex features and functionalities into clear, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs 

• Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams 

• Work with stakeholders across various lines of business to produce strategy of experience concepts to final solution 

• Champion design best practices and establish new patterns that can be contributed back to a design system that ensures consistency and scalability across our product suite 

• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies 

• Proactively present and advocate for innovative design solutions that improve user experience and product usability 

• Mentor and collaborate with junior designers and cross teams, fostering a strong design culture 

 

About you 

• 7+ years of experience in visual design, with a strong focus on UI design 

• Proven experience designing for enterprise software applications 

• In-depth understanding of design principles, including user-centered design, visual hierarchy, and information architecture 

• A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics 

• Keen ability to grasp complexity quickly and to focus on key issues 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present design ideas to leadership and executives 

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Figma, Mural, After Effects a plus) 

• A passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of design and elevate experiences to a new level
