Job Description

The Manager, Organizational Change Management is responsible for developing and orchestrating change management strategies for global high-priority programs through all phases of the change adoption journey. This includes managing internal stakeholder relationships, leading the discovery and planning phases, and ensuring the development of an integrated change management strategy to drive business objectives.

In addition to leading change management for global programs, this individual will also provide consultative guidance to support stakeholders and leaders across ServiceNow.

The Manager will work collaboratively with their manager and peers to adhere to and develop standard best-in-class OCM assets and deliverables. This includes establishing and continuous improvement of business practices and processes supporting the Global Enablement Team’s efforts.  

The Manager will work to ensure organizational change is appropriately assessed and managed for our selling roles and across the Global Operations team. There may be additional roles in scope beyond Sales and Operations, based on learnings from discovery assessments. The Manager will have a holistic point of view to ensure all roles impacted by changes are at least considered in the change adoption strategy.

This role reports to the Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management on the Global Enablement Team.

This individual should have exceptional interpersonal and collaborative skills, project management skills, presentation and facilitation skills. Additionally, s/he should be comfortable juggling multiple projects, have executive presence, and be able to problem-solve and apply creative solutions/tools frequently.

 

Specific duties and responsibilities will be: 

Work with key leaders and stakeholders across ServiceNow to drive discovery assessments to be able to quickly identify gaps, needs, and challenges. Once identified, the Manager will synthesize findings and develop recommendations and change adoption strategy.

Lead change management efforts from the initial strategy design phase in partnership with Program Managers, Executive Sponsors, and other business stakeholders. This role is expected to craft appropriate charters, assessments, plans, integrated strategy, measurement tactics, feedback and change champion networks, and more.

Provide solutions and recommendations for short-term tactics for Executives, providing insights into best practices and coaching where needed.

  • Establish deployment plans and best practices for programs and enablement. Lead and self-manage the end-to-end process of change management for a large-scale, global program alongside key Global Operations partners (such as Program Managers).

This person ideally has experience in both large, sophisticated tech company environments as well as small high growth companies or startups. Must be comfortable in matrixed organization and able to adapt to needs of varying maturity levels within Sales and Operations organizations.
