Sr. Mechanical Engineers - Hydrogen

Our industry focus includes aerospace and defence, healthcare, telecommunications, rail transportation, semiconductor, geospatial, industrial, and energy.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Job Description</b></p><p><b>Typical tasks will be:</b></p><ul><li>Specification of equipment.</li><li>Concept evaluation</li><li>Preparation of documents for inquiries and purchases.</li><li>Package responsibility; follow-up of suppliers for various equipment such as compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, etc.</li><li>Preparation of documentation: Technical Requisitions, Mechanical Equipment list, data sheets etc.</li><li>Other tasks will be to follow up and manage work carried out by our office in India.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>B.Sc. or M.Sc. in mechanical engineering.</li><li>Min 5-10 years’ experience from engineering (hydrogen, carbon capture, LNG and/or oil and gas or other process industry)</li><li>Good knowledge of relevant regulations, including DNV and NORSOK.</li><li>It is required that the candidate has good collaboration and leadership skills, and excellent communication skills in English (preferably also in Norwegian), written and spoken.</li></ul><p>Work location is Lysaker in Norway (minimum 3 days per week).</p><p></p><p><b>Skills &amp; Experience</b></p>Customer Follow-Ups, Design, Documentation Review, Documentations, Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO), Offshore Oil, Project Management<p></p><p><span>Cyient is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Cyient recruits, employs, trains, compensates, and promotes regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, veteran status, and other protected status as required by applicable law.
