Position Title:            Software Developer  

Salary:                        $137,259 - $160,400/Year 

Hours:                        Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 Hours/ Week 

Summary of Duties:    Build a multiplatform continuous integration pipeline to support build, test, and deployment of multiple software releases.  Work with new packaging technologies to seamlessly integrate with existing build and CI environments. Work with CI/CD & source control tools such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server Azure DevOps, GIT, and Artifactory. Maintain tools, solutions, and microservices (components) associated with deployment, ensuring all define quality standards are met.  Apply a test-first approach by leveraging technologies to build a robust automated test intensive continuous integration pipeline.  Actively troubleshoot any build and infrastructure issues that arise during testing, production, and deployment while catching and solving issues before launch.   Conceptualize and document build design, continuously monitor, maintain, and improve build infrastructure and keep up-to-date with industry trends and standards.  Support deployment of product release and patches and respond to project needs.  Create production media and first article and master media to support the release process working with the release management team.  Offer good technical support to software development teams working with them proactively for branching, merging, and troubleshooting build issues.  Support team with CI & Test environment updates and rollouts while reducing developer downtime.  Hybrid work permitted.

Qualifications:    The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or an acceptable alternate occupation. The position requires the following skills: Three (3) years of experience in DevOps and Continuous Integration; and Two (2) years of experience in medical device development.  The position requires experience with the following skills: CI/CD and source control tools, such as GIT, Microsoft TFS or Azure DevOps; Packaging technologies using Nuget and Artifactory; C#, PowerShell and Python; and Experience modeling tests on CI.  Hybrid work permitted.
