Lead Business Change Manager for Commercial IT - Aarhus

“You will become part of the Commercial team in Arla IT where we deliver IT solutions across the Commercial value chain. You will be leading a team of dedicated and talented Business Change Management (BCM) profiles and lead the BCM efforts,” says Senior IT Manager Camilla Nygaard.

How you will make an impact 

Your responsibility will be to ensure business adaption in the roll-out and implementation of IT solutions to support the digital ways of working. You do so by analyzing how changes will affect our business and identifying, involving and collaborating with key stakeholders to enable the changes needed. And as such, we rely heavily on your ability to inspire, prepare, and mobilize the organization for the changes to come. In doing so you will work closely with our Business Stakeholders and the Release train management team to set direction for the change management efforts in and across the individual teams. Specifically, you will:

 

• Responsible for planning and execution of BCM activities in alignment with IT Strategy    
• Prepare stakeholder management and end user adoption plans
• Produce communication materials and facilitate training sessions
• Prepare Arla leaders for their role in leading the change 
• Lead, coach and inspire your employees and support their development 
• Participate in Arla IT’s BCM Communities to spar with colleagues and improve the BCM discipline within Arla IT

 

What will make you successful

In this role, you thrive in a leading position using your change management experience, business acumen and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. At the same time, and because you will be collaborating across the Arla organization, you will need to be skilled in influencing, communicating and working effectively at all levels. Moreover, you: 

• Bring at least 3-5 years of experience from a similar role within change management  
• Have a master’s degree or equivalent within IT, Communication, Business Economics or similar
• Are an experienced people manager or have great aspirations for becoming one 
•  Have good IT understanding 
• It will be an advantage if you have experience with working agile and the Commercial domain
• You will join an international team working across borders, so fluency in English is a pre-requisite, and experience from working in a multicultural company is an advantage.
