This position works out of our Easton Square location in the Nutrition Division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. What You’ll Work On
- Demonstrate stewardship and provide leadership throughout the Label Process to meet Division strategies and business objectives.
- Deliver project excellence by incorporating best practices in project management to meet and/or exceed customer needs.
- Build effective alliances with key internal and external supply partners/cross-functional team members to facilitate label development against strategic objectives.
- Manage all label change requests based on defined process standards.
- Responsible for effective budget management across assigned labeling projects.
- Actively seeks opportunities and training to advance personal and professional development.
- Identifies, develops, and implements processes and procedures to improve department performance.
- Act as point of contact for project reporting & updates to the Business Unit.
- Provide support as required to Program or Portfolio Management.
LABELING:
- Execute roles and responsibilities as defined in the Label Process.
- Ensure project scope is established; develop and manage project plan to deliverables.
- Manage all change requests— major/minor change decisions based on defined process standards.
- Manage all minor changes autonomously through the label process.
- Prioritize/group changes, coordinate with Marketing Brand Managers, Regulatory, PR&D, Medical & QA.
- Manage labeling molds & dies budgets for assigned Business Unit(s).
- Assure continuity across brands/SKUs within Business Unit(s).
- Recommend and implement PM strategies and enhancements to improve the efficiency of the Label Process.
- Monitor/Assess process metrics: Turn data into action and communication– errors, cycle times, reworks. Take an active approach to monitoring trends, investigating failures, and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project reporting and updates to the Business Unit(s) and ANPD Leadership teams.
- Perform brand portfolio management to ensure consistency across SKUs.
