Minimum Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years of experience in the job offered, as Software Developer, Python Developer, Technical Lead, Software Engineer, or a related occupation.

Job Duties: Works closely with other teams (such as development, DevOps, SQE and PMO) to collaboratively develop automation vision and objectives. Be a part of the global architecture team that designs and implements a sophisticated test automation framework to test Varian’s product lines. Provide technical and architectural guidance towards the automation solution that supports Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Agile practices. Responsible for driving forward the implementation of vision and objectives into concrete actions and milestones. Develops and proposes relevant processes and methods for automating software testing process. Has the technical expertise and development skill to help implement the automation framework, develop related tools and scripts, integrate the system and tools with continuous integration system. 20% International travel to Europe to attend global workshops and training.

Special Requirements:  Must have experience and/or academic training with each of the following:

Python, C# on Windows, .NET platforms. UI and backend (API) testing SW testing fundamentals, test management tools, and defect tracking tools Web services tools development using Python, PHP, or JavaScript technology Troubleshooting skills to root cause complex issues

      Rate of Pay:  $194,875/year
