Here, you’ll enable the success of the most critical government missions and the growth of a meaningful career in Administration.<br/><br/>MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT<br/>As an Intelligence Trainer Senior, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission.</p><p></p><p>Performs analysis associated with the training development process. </p><p>Must have knowledge of command / unit mission and structure, analysis techniques, Intelligence Systems, documentation research techniques, and interview techniques.</p><p>Provides analytical subject matter expertise (SME) on the different types of intelligence in support of Mission Command training.</p><p>Preparing intelligence reports and assessments, builds briefing materials for the supported military intelligence training audience or assist with construction Order of Battle training materials.</p><p>Maintains working knowledge of various intelligence collection assets for US, friendly, non-hostile and enemy countries, knowing how they collect information and how these systems could be used to collect intelligence information.</p><p>Position requires a sufficient level of knowledge to be able to draw inferences about the possible consequences of the situation, as well as sufficient awareness of the situation to predict future patterns, Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), and potential changes to current TTPs.</p><p></p><p><b>Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p><p>Experienced Intelligence personnel who train and mentor core tradecraft learning requirements of the intelligence community:</p><p>Intelligence Analyst shall have experience within the Intelligence Warfighting Functional Area and have actively worked within the Intelligence Community (IC) in one of these occupational specialties: IMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT or All-Source Intelligence (preferred) with background in one or more of the Intel systems associated with the IEWTPT system: the Tactical (or Common) Ground Station, the Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A){“family of systems”], Prophet, GuardRail Common Sensor (GRCS) or the Tactical Exploitation System (TES).</p><p>Contractors shall have a good working knowledge of all aspects of Military Intelligence <span>functions/operations,</span> ISR mission requirements, training, and planning, along with a knowledgeable understanding of connectivity and capabilities of all Military Intelligence Systems to include how, what they can, or will provide to the overall Intelligence illustration for the TUC to engage the battles.</p><p>Instructs intelligence professionals on tradecraft and other issues. </p><p>Develops and/or refines courseware and curricula to meet customer training needs, establishing course content and objectives. </p><p>Enhances student competencies in course-specific intelligence disciplines. Evaluates student performance and makes recommendations for improvement. </p><p>May provide IEWTPT instruction at customer locations, as part of a mobile training team, or virtually. </p><p>Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.</p><p>The individual performing this requirement shall have experience within the Intelligence Warfighting Functional Area with background in one or more of the Intel systems associated with the IEWTPT system.</p><p>Perform basic operator functions on the following systems and how they are integrated into the intelligence collection cycle.</p><p>Maintain current knowledge of supporting information systems in accordance with user specified technical architectures, within reconfigurable battalion and brigade tactical operation center training environments, to support the conduct of digital battle command staff training and exercises.</p><ul><li><p>Warfighter Simulation</p></li><li><p>WARSIM Intelligence Model (WIM)</p></li><li><p>Tactical Communications Support Processor (TCSP)</p></li><li><p>Radiant Mercury (RM)</p></li><li><p>Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A)</p></li><li><p>One System Remote Video Terminal (OSRVT)</p></l
