Job Description

As an Associate Business Analyst supporting our Digital Technology team, you will play a key role in optimizing and enhancing our website. This position involves working closely with the Digital Product team and multiple engineering pods to define requirements for a variety of tasks, including bug fixes, CMS updates, and feature requests from business stakeholders. You will help ensure that the Digital Technology team is aligned with business needs and deliverables, bridging the gap between technical and business teams. 

What you'll get to do: 

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, marketing, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements for site updates, new features, and improvements. 
• Requirements Gathering: Document business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications for a variety of tasks, including bug fixes, CMS updates, and feature requests. Provide clear, actionable requirements and acceptance criteria for the Digital Technology team to execute. 
• Cross-Team Support: Collaborate with multiple engineering pods within the Digital Technology team to define, prioritize, and clarify requests from business stakeholders. Ensure tasks are tracked and delivered according to business priorities and timelines. 
• Documentation & Communication: Develop detailed documentation, such as process flows, functional specifications, and user stories. Communicate project updates, issues, and changes effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• User Experience Focus: Work with design and UX teams to ensure that site changes align with brand standards and enhance the customer experience. 
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Assist in the testing and validation of new features and platform changes, ensuring that all requirements are met and the solution functions properly for end users prior to stakeholder demos. 

Qualifications

Who you are: 

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, with a preference for experience in eCommerce, retail, or apparel. 
• Strong ability to analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for the Digital Technology team. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and clearly explain requirements and updates to both technical and business stakeholders. 
• Proven experience in working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, design, and development) to ensure alignment on priorities and successful project delivery. 
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and content management systems (CMS) like Shopify and Contentstack is a plus. 
• Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks effectively. 
• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation, requirements gathering, and project coordination.

The salary range for this role is $85,000 per year - $105,000 per year.
