As a Senior Compensation Consultant, you will have a critical role in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent in a highly competitive market. You will work closely with our Compensation Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and Senior Leadership to help ensure the company's compensation strategy aligns with business goals, is market competitive, promotes fairness and equity, and complies with global compensation regulations. CSG is a remote first organization. Our team supports nearly 6K employees in 27 countries covering N. America, Latin America (CALA), Europe, and APAC. Ideal candidate will have experience in broad-based and executive compensation, incentive plans, allowance plans, and a general understanding of equity/stock programs.

We are looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant who will:

  • Analyze market trends and internal compensation data to recommend competitive pay structures and incentive programs globally.

  • Own global job architecture, including job evaluations, market benchmarking, and salary survey participation.

  • Use market best practices to analyze compensation data trends and discrepancies. Manage and interpret complex data sets to develop sound compensation strategies and recommendations.

  • Manage the annual compensation cycle (salary increase and bonus payout) in Workday from cost planning through ELT reporting and signoff, while ensuring adherence to established budgetary guidelines.

  • Manage and optimize all compensation structures, plans, and operations in Workday.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international compensation regulations, including pay equity and labor laws in all global markets where our employees reside.

  • Manage FLSA and global minimum wage compliance.

  • Leverage the ability to use data to tell stories, using those skills to prepare and deliver compensation reports and presentations that provide insights on compensation trends, costs, and recommendations.

  • Continuously evaluate and seek out ways to improve compensation processes and workflows to drive efficiency and enhance the CSG employee experience and business operations.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Psychology or a related field of study or additional equivalent work experience with no degree.

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, strategy, implementation, and improvement ideally within a global organization in the technology or consulting industries.

  • Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar role for a global organization, ideally in the Technology industry.

  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to interpret data to create accurate and informative analyses. PowerQuery experience a plus.

  • Experience with global compensation structures, job evaluations, and market benchmarking.

  • Knowledge of compensation best practices, pay equity analysis, laws, and legal compliance (e.g., FLSA, Wage & Hour, Equal Pay Act, General Data Protection Regulation for global teams).

  • Experience with Workday (HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation). Configuration knowledge or experience is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead decision-making with a lens to fairness and equity.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and project-management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple competing and rapidly changing priorities.

  • Familiarity with salary survey and market benchmarking tools such as AON/Radford.

  • Strong focus on accuracy in data analysis and compliance with legal standards and organizational policies.

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification is preferred but not required

  • This role supports employees and leaders across the global organization and requires flexibility as meetings may be required outside of “normal” business hours.
