International Trade Marketing Specialist

As International POS expert you will act as an internal consultant to support our International Key Accounts, Category Managers and Trade Marketeers around the globe on their local initiatives.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>PROJECT MANAGEMENT</strong></p><p>In this exciting position you’ll be responsible for the agenda of Trade Marketing global projects &amp; initiatives. By working cross-functionally and cross-departmentally, you will act as the HQ expert in all POS-related topics of Global projects to ensure best in class support for markets and the internal stakeholders. You will lead internal and external communication to keep key project stakeholders updated by collecting learnings and proactively contacting to solve issues and overcome challenges. Moreover, you will coordinate the collaboration in cross-functional team to ensure regular project updates and follow-ups.</p><p><strong>POS MANAGEMENT</strong></p><p>In this role, you’ll develop, improve &amp; maintain the International POS portfolio of Coolers and Vending Machines. You’ll proactively identify gaps, new technologies and ideas to enhance the portfolio to support in-store execution for all markets and channels. You’ll lead all aspects of the POS Tool development cycle (briefing, prototypes review, feedback session), including initiatives supporting the Global Sustainability roadmap. By working closely with Int. Procurement team, you will coordinate the flow of information to ensure POS Tools quality and availability.</p><p><strong>INTERNAL &amp; EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION</strong></p><p>You’ll act as the HQ expert and single point of contact for Trade Marketing agendas within your area of expertise to ensure best in class support for markets and the global teams. The role includes development &amp; update of relevant virtual sales materials such as sell sheets, videos, and guideline documents to support delivery of perfect selling stories. You’ll connect our Global Trade Marketing and Off Premise Community to key resources like technical documentation, best practices, insights &amp; other relevant information via managing our internal communication channels. You will support markets prior to and during the business planning process on all relevant Trade Marketing POS topics led by the HQ team. Your role will include but not limit regular updates with markets about local Trade Marketing initiatives via bi-monthly calls and on-demand market visits.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>University degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or equivalent field experience</p><p>Excellent command of English. German is a plus</p><p>2+ years of experience in Trade Marketing and/or POS development with Brand Marketing exposure, ideally within the FMCG industry</p><p>Good understanding of Sales &amp; Operations processes</p><p>Experienced in development of POS materials</p><p>Solid project management and organizational competency</p><p>Solution-oriented mindset with problem solving abilities</p><p>Great communication skills &amp; willingness to work cross-functionally</p><p>Advanced user of MS Power Point with ability to visualize ideas and concepts</p><p>Excellent knowledge of MS Office apps like Word, Excel, Outlook</p><p>Knowledge of visualization tools (e.g. CorelDRAW or Adobe Photoshop) is a plus</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 3.038 gross per month.
