Position Summary

The Analyst General Business will support CPS Energy’s Casa Verde Weatherization program to include the newly developed Weatherization Repair Assistance Program (WRAP).  Educates residents on how to make their homes safer and more energy efficient.  Audits reporting associated with inspections and assessments of homes for program eligibility; prepares work orders for contractors; inspects program documentation work performed by contractors for quality and quantity; ensuring energy efficiency measures and installations meet program specifications.  Leads development and delivery of quality technical training and support materials for weatherization contractors.  In addition to this, supports the Community Engagement department initiatives in community outreach/support.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Create reports supporting KPI’s, budget, contractor performance etc. and dashboards to support Casa Verde and WRAP projects.
• Evaluate current SOPs for consistency and efficiency, and work with supervisor and team to standardize and processes and policies with the associated documentation and successfully implement changes for continuous improvement.
• Be a liaison between program contractors, internal team, and CPS Energy leadership.
• Create and present training for internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Setting up and maintaining a Weatherization and WRAP online library, updated with latest versions of documents.
• Assisting with continuous improvement efforts within the Casa Verde and WRAP programs all stages of the program. This would include development, testing, and implementation of changes both internally and externally.
• Monitoring invoicing for issues and ageing.
• Setting up / maintaining / reviewing reporting to capture differences between different stages of the programs and invoicing. This would include setting up reporting for variances / changes in invoiced amounts based on final inspection status, as well as assessment downgrades.
• Tracking and assignment of incoming customer and contractor complaints, and follow-up through resolution.
• Support CPS Energy team for development of CPS Energy Salesforce program for the Casa Verde and WRAP program.
• Coordinatization with CPS Energy groups for events to support Casa Verde and WRAP activities.
• Tracking and reporting of contractor performance to include an issue matrix that is updated regularly to support continuous improvement activities from CPS Energy as we work to develop our contractors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP
• Relative experience in finance or accounting preferred
