Location: Hudson, FL
Schedule: Full-time | Nights | Rotating Weekends
Pay: $24.63 - $34.48/hr depending on experience
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 for full-time nights (2-year commitment)

A well-established acute care hospital in the Hudson area is seeking a dedicated Certified Respiratory Therapist to join its night shift team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering quality patient care and experience across a full range of respiratory services, including mechanical ventilation and emergency interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Administer routine and advanced respiratory therapy procedures to patients of all ages

• Operate ventilators for short- and long-term mechanical ventilation

• Develop and implement individualized Respiratory Care Plans

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Completion of a vocational/technical or AMA-approved respiratory care program (Associate required; Bachelor preferred)

• Florida CRT license (Certified Respiratory Therapist)

• Current BLS certification (AHA)

• ACLS, PALS, and NRP required within 6 months of hire

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move frequently during shifts

Shift Differentials:

• $4.50/hr night shift differential

• $3.00/hr weekend differential
