Overview
We are seeking an experienced Single-Family Luxury Home Renovation Superintendent to oversee an interior and exterior remodel of a high-end single-family residence in Houston.
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for managing all phases of construction and renovation, coordinating and oversighting subcontractors, ensuring quality craftsmanship, maintaining schedules/timelines, adhering to the budget provided, receiving and inventorying all materials, and serving as the primary liaison between the Owner and Subcontractors.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has extensive experience (10 year minimum) with high-end residential finishes, strong blueprint-reading skills, and a proven portfolio of completed projects.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and Insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable working in a fully onsite construction environment
- Ability to oversee contractors full-time and manage daily operations
