Job Description

What you will be doing: 

• Lead Accor One Living branded residential development in the Americas
• Negotiate premium, luxury and lifestyle branded residence deals
• Support continued mixed-use training of development and D&TS teams
• Collaborate closely with investors and Accor brand organizations across each phase in the life cycle of projects
• Coordinate the delivery of Accor One Living services and solutions to development partners
• Coordinate pre-opening and residential sales and marketing support
• Represent the industry’s most compelling collection of premium, luxury and lifestyle residential brand offerings

Qualifications

Ideal candidate: 

• Dynamic leader, with established business development track record
• Experience spanning hospitality & residential development
• Deep understanding of branded residence business model, and mixed-use expertise
• Innovative, creative and energized
• Strong relationship builder, committed to addressing needs of investors & homeowners
• Experience with related hospitality products complimenting mixed-use developments – private clubs, co-working, extended stay hotel
• Ability to lead complex projects, aligning multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communications & presentation skills
