What you get to do in this role:   

This Senior Program Manager will support key stakeholders to deliver the future of digital transformation within the Global Customer Service and Support organization.

In this role you will be responsible for program managing strategic cross functional programs. You must have excellent communication, presentation and writing skills, operational rigor, strong leadership, and attention to detail.  You must have the ability to view all activities from an ecosystem lens to drive results. The successful candidate is passionate about delivering value and someone who is uncompromising in the delivery of high-quality results. 

The Senior Program Manager will:

  • Take small to large programs/projects from original concept through final implementation
  • Develop detailed program/project execution plan, and manage all implementation processes including projects financials, progress tracking, metrics, monitoring change control process, testing, release, and delivery within constraints
  • Provide overall communication and work with all areas affected by the program/project including partners, business sponsors and finance
  • Create status reporting to support project/program discussions at executive leadership reviews and to the larger CSS organization
  • Apply consistency and best practices through project initiation, planning, execution and closing phases, promoting outcomes and benefit tracking

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Proven experience working with teams across multiple departments, and cross-functional groups including other program owners, marketing, branding, security, compliance, legal, tax, and finance 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Innovative, Self-Starter, Problem-Solver, and efficiency focused
  • Effective facilitation skills to encourage clear articulation of business requirements
  • Sharp business judgment, ability to see "big picture" and to prioritize 
  • Ability to manage change and ambiguity with an action-orientation/drive

Basic Qualification

  • 8+ years of hands-on project management experience

 

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $124,400 - $217,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.  Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
