Our Professional Services team is hiring a Senior Education and Training Specialist to help us continue to scale our program on multiple fronts.  This is a career-defining opportunity to join Nozomi Networks at a crucial moment in our history and have a truly significant impact in our high-growth pre-IPO phase.

You are a program improvement specialist who will help lead our Global Education Services program to new heights.  This role is 100% remote, reporting to the Sr. Director of Professional Services. It is designed to start at an individual contributor level with the potential to grow into a leadership role.

In this role, you will:

  • Embody the Nozomi Networks’ Cultural Pillars and our mission to protect what matters most with transparency and trust
  • Lead training operations and own our education program maintenance – everything from the set-up of our public sessions, to managing content through our tech stack
  • Maintain technical integrity of our current library of instructor-led and on-demand courses by working collaboratively with a global team of technical subject matter experts
  • Evaulate our library of exam question metrics and course survey results to act on learner feedback and data that require attention
  • Maintain our existing certification and recertification program
  • Analyze learning data and recommend strategies to improve engagement, increase quality and suggest new learning product offerings
  • Be the lead administrator of our LMS, our Lab Provider and our badging tool; work with IT to create processes and workflows for continuous improvements
  • Proactively collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve the customer journey and improve access to and awareness of Academy offerings
  • Monitor the training inbox to deliver front-line training support to all constituents
  • Resolve issues by taking ownership and seeking appropriate resources when necessary
  • Proactively collaborate with the Accounts Receivable/Finance team to ensure revenue is recognized and engagements are closed upon completion of training events
  • Create improvements in our reporting structures, build dashboards to surface training org ROI metrics to executives
  • Seek to find other ways to increase automations and develop continual improvements in all our training operations processes

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

  • A track record of success in SaaS training operations and program-level experience for a fast-paced global company or late-stage start-up
  • Previous LMS Administration experience (Skilljar, Cloudshare, Credly experience preferred):
  • Experience with course authoring tool Articulate Rise and video editing tools (i.e. Camtasia) is an asset
  • The ability to manage projects
  • Expert time and workflow management skills with an eye for detail
  • The ability to work proactively, independently and adapt quickly in fast-paced start-up
  • The ability to make data-driven decisions and handle challenges with superb problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn new technology
  • Experience managing and reporting on curriculum and assessment data
  • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience
  • Ability to travel internationally occasionally (less than 10%)
Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.  The base pay scale for this position is $113,000 to $149,800.  This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors.
