SUMMARY:
Our Client Service Department consistently strives for service excellence. The Senior Client Relationship Specialist works closely with the advisors and other branch office staff to provide a variety of service to our wealth management clients. Senior Client Relationship Specialists are highly‐skilled representatives who demonstrate a high level of empathy and strive to provide a very high level of Client Service work. This position will work mostly in person in the St. Louis office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delivers an exceptional client experience to all clients.
- Builds personal relationships with clients and advisors.
- Answers phone calls and emails from clients.
- Ability to handle multiple advisors’ book of business and complex service situations.
- Verifies and confirms daily distributions.
- Coordinate multiple QCD’s for clients.
- Ensures RMDs are taken from both direct business and brokerage accounts.
- Schedules clients’ appointments.
- Delivers customized service with each client and demonstrates ownership for every task using queues; may be assigned more complicated tasks due to specialties or experience.
- Works with other teammates to ensure proper assignment and completion of requested tasks.
- Creates and processes paperwork for all client requests, including but limited to new accounts, transfers, distributions, and account maintenance forms.
- Facilitates the delivery of paperwork to the client through DocuSign or mail/overnight packages.
- Submits and processes paperwork directly to the appropriate direct business companies/custodians and ensure accuracy in timely manner.
- Consistently demonstrating Allworth’s guiding principles
- Maintains satisfactory attendance
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 or more years financial services industry experience
- Passion for excellent service and client satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 5 years of financial services industry and support service experience preferred
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work daily
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong team player and approachable
- High degree of professionalism
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications as well as Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Document Management workflow systems
- Some college is preferred
Salary for this position is $65-80K plus benefits.
