  • Bridge the gap between design and engineering by collaborating closely with front-end engineers to explore new interaction paradigms and fluid design possibilities. Identify areas where current technologies may be limiting our design vision and work together to find innovative solutions, accelerating the adoption of new technologies and patterns.
  • Leverage new insights and AI to drive maximum UX tool usage and efficiency across all platforms, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and performance. This includes optimizing the design system to be a core component of this efficiency.

How You’ll Grow

  • Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies, including exploring the potential of AI in design and development, through workshops, online courses, and industry conferences, allowing for the integration of novel approaches into your work. This might involve experimenting with AI-powered tools for component generation, accessibility testing, or even user flow prediction, always keeping a critical eye on the practical applications and avoiding hype-driven solutions.
  • Mentor and guide other designers and engineers. Seek feedback from product unit leaders to ensure alignment with product needs and strategic goals.
  • Actively participate in projects across different product teams to gain a deeper understanding of the entire product development lifecycle and broaden your skillset.
